Lead Carpenter

Caldwell Employment Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as Lead Carpenter for construction work sites (hotel renovation, build out tenant space at mall or physician's office). Under the direction of the Construction Project Manager, the overall goal of this position is to manage the job site and interact with multiple employees and trade contractors.

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work along side of and maintain continuity among carpentry work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.

  • Determine material requirements, conformance and dimensions of structure and check against blue prints.

  • Follow industry standards and procedures and comply with federal, state and local building codes. 

  • Candidate must have experience in all phases of residential/commercial construction with emphasis on high end residential remodeling, retail renovation/build outs and light commercial ground up projects.

  • Candidate must be proficient in blueprint reading, layout, metal and wood framing, hollow metal doors and hardware, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and finish carpentry. 

  • The ability to coordinate between all members of the Project Team, Project Scheduling, Building Authorities, and Sub Contractors.

  • Compensation package includes excellent benefits and salary commensurate with experience. 

 

This is a temp-to-hire position, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After the probationary period, employment benefits will include health insurance, retirement plan and paid holidays. Pay based on experience. 

CDL Driver

Caldwell Employment Agency is seeking a CDL driver with a class B CDL with Hazmat Endorsement for a company doing local delivery driving. Must have a good driving record and ability to lift 50 pounds routinely. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some overtime available. This position pays $16.00 per hour and has a benefits package. 

Medical Assistant

We are looking for medical professionals with their CMA, CNA, or EMT certifications. This position would be day shift Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assists with treatments ordered by physician as supervised by physician or registered nurse.

  • Performs select clinical duties.

  • Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.

  • Prepares treatment rooms for examinations of patients.

  • Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing.

  • Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies.

  • Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Licensed Social Worker

Caldwell Employment Agency is seeking a Licensed Social Worker for a counseling position for pain addiction patients at a local physician’s office. Part time Mon, Wed, and Fri from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm. Must be a licensed social worker and able to do appropriate medical billing for Medicare/Medicaid.

Pay based on experience.

Family Support Worker

$14.84/hour

Position Summary: Provide assistance and support to clients through advocating, teaching, demonstrating, monitoring, and/or role modeling appropriate skills to build self-sufficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess and coordinate services to preserve, support, and stabilize families and promote the well-being of children, youth and families

  • Provide assistance, concrete skill teaching and support to clients using a hands-on approach

  • Attend and participate in Child & Family Team Meetings

  • Provide thorough documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, monthly reports and assessments

  • Receive and respond to crisis calls

  • Work evenings and weekends as needed (overtime is paid at time and a half when applicable)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED and is at least 21 years of age with 5 years’ experience with family and children in the human services field OR an unrelated bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience with family and children in the human services field

Home Based Family Caseworker

$17.69/hour

Position Summary: Staff will be customarily and regularly engaged with clients on their own providing education, training, life skills, and support to all youth and families in their home or other appropriate locations in the community.

Duties and Responsibilities Including but Not Limited To:

  • Assess and coordinate services to preserve, support, and stabilize families and promote the well-being of children, youth and families.

  • Provide training, support and education to clients

  • Attend and participate in Child and Family Team Meetings

  • Receive and respond to crisis calls

  • Provide thorough documentation including formulating treatment plans

  • Work evenings and weekends as needed (overtime is paid at time and a half when applicable)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly-related human service field from an accredited college, or an unrelated Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience with family and children in the child welfare system

  • Strong oral and written communications

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills

Home Based Therapist

Salary: $43-$49k based on experience with bonus potential

Position Summary: Staff will be customarily and regularly engaged with clients on their own, providing structured, goal-oriented family and/or individual therapy in the natural environment. Families who need assistance may be recovering from a variety of issues surrounding substance abuse, mental illness, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic services to clients including:

  • Crisis intake

  • Assessment of needs

  • Intervention

  • Evaluation of problems

  • Monitoring of family/parental progress

  • After care linkage

  • Receive and respond to crisis calls

  • Attend staff meetings as scheduled for company announcements and training

  • Provide thorough documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, monthly reports and assessments

  • Work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related human service field from an accredited college with a license or temporary license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board, as one of the following: 1.) Social Worker, 2.) Clinical Social Worker 3.) Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate, 4.) Mental Health Counselor or Associate OR Master’s Degree in a related human service field from an accredited college with at least 24 post-secondary semester hours in appropriate course work.

  • Knowledge of community resources

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills

Nurse Practitioner

Immediate openings for full and part-time (or per diem) Nurse Practitioners are available including direct hire positions with a generous benefits package. No call is required, hours are flexible (Monday-Friday 8-5) with options for weekend and evening hours. Candidates currently employed by another organization interested in working part time will be considered. 

Nurse Practitioners will assist lead Physician in the care and management of patients. They will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in the physician practice environment. 

 

Essential Duties:

  • Direct Patient Care: Includes patient interview and performance of appropriate physical exam to develop patient's plan of care

  • Order and interpret diagnostic test results and relay those findings to patients and family caregivers

  • Prescribe therapy and/or medication per practice algorithms

  • Instruct and counsel patients about prescribed therapeutic regimens and any diagnostic procedures ordered

  • Refer patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources such as Physical Therapy for treatment

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters after each visit and submit to Physician

  • Provide for the comfort, safety, privacy and confidentiality of patients

  • Provide educational materials and follow up instructions to patients as needed

  • Assist Physician as needed with procedures and exams

  • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with patients and co-workers

  • Perform other duties as indicated by the Physician or Practice Administrator

  • Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, fast-paced practice environment

  • Maintain requirements for continuing medical education

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

  • Current Indiana Nursing License
